Yesterday I found I couldn't let my children out my eyesight in the local supermarket. They are 9,7 and 5. They help write the shopping list. I send them up and down the aisles collecting items for the trolly. Its an important part of them learning about money, housekeeping, budgets, responsibility etc etc. We must remember that we have to give them some freedom too.
