		<description>My experience with &quot;The tech guys&quot; was horrible,i send to thems my laptop and thems do tellmy &quot;ur laptop will be fix in two weeks time... well wath a shame it didin&#039;t happen and my laptop was been missing for one month,and now is like my windows program isn&#039;t genuine,and i can not use properly the pc. what&#039;s a shame of company and how manye complaints about the poor service in Tech Guys. horrible company untrusted people there,unprofecional. must be shut down from the charges.. I absolutely agree with your comments. The Tech Guys are the most pathetic people to deal with. They took away my HP laptop for repairing and didn&#039;t bring it back until after 28 days.
I had to call them several times and spend a lot of time and money in the process of getting back my laptop.
They lie to you over phone calls saying you can expect the delivery tomorrow and never send the delivery guys.
You get severa different responses on your different calls. Even if you ask to be put through to their call centre Support Manager you won&#039;t be put through. The Team Leaders response is equally unconvincing.

I would request one and all to avoid purchasing any product from Curry&#039;s or its sister concerns to avoid falling in the vicious trap of getting your product serviced from The Tech Guys.</description>

		<description>I`m glad it`s not just me !!We had our pc repaired and I specificlay,requested they leave the hard drive they rep[laced.when I got back from work,I obtained the engineers mobile phone and left umpteen messages,the workshop is apparently just down the road and I would have driven to get it.I next heard it had been sent to Sheffield to the `stores` ( very efficient that sending my hard drive alone within 24 hrs),it`s then in Leeds,there`s now a new directive not to retun them,I heard the lot,TOTAL BU****IT !!! really disappointed,I hope in this recession they`ve gone under !!</description>

		<description>they way it works on the way they fix is they will get 100 laptops a day they will have a look on a letter saying what you siad the problem would be and if its to hard they make some stupid reason not fix and keep it untill the warranty runs out or they breack so your cover dose not cover it and you will have to pay to fix</description>

And Sony &quot;support&quot; is awful (they use any excuse to wriggle out of in warranty repairs. They said my lappy had &quot;a cup of coffee spilled over it&quot; A lappy repair specialist saw no evidence of this but Sony refused to deal with me after I gave them proof of my second opinion!) Sony recommending these guys - well that doesn&#039;t surprise me either they have an unusual idea of quality and support. Sony must think that the standard of service you are receiving is fine as they don&#039;t provide much better.</description>
