I was a corporate trainer apart from media and what worked best was videotaping our clients and pointing out areas of strength and areas for improvement. By the end of 5 hours of class, everyone was exceptional! And you will be too! This is widely regarded as everyone's fear, but it need not be!:) Ellee: You will be fine!
