I always enjoyed Prime Minister Blair on the C-Span channel late at night because he always seemed to demolish even ill-mannered comments so well. A friend of mine from England, however, told me that in the House of Commons debates, the Prime Minister is briefed on questions beforehand. I did not know this, but still find it interesting! This post reminded me about the C-Span broadcasts. These are excellent questions, Ellee.
