I’m a Boots No 7 serum devotee and have just caught up with this video demonstrating how their make-up should be applied to create three different looks for the party season. It’s easy to get stuck in a rut using the same colours, so why not try something different for a change – be bold and go for the glitter eyelashes!

My Christmas make-up tip:
Blusher – apply liberally to cheeks and the end of nose.
White beard – apply to face …below nose.
Stuff pillow under red jacket.
Ho ho ho !
(bit early for Christmas, nay ?)
I thought this a very strange post for you Ellee , bit like me doing a political post 🙂
Sally, I thought you might like it! You could try a new look for when Geoff comes home. I enjoy wearing make-up, yet many people don’t know how to apply it, so videos like this are great.
Kevin, I bet you make a great santa!
I can’t afford make-up! I can barely afford a phone line in the house. I don’t ‘cleanse, tone and moisterise’ and I cut my hair with nail scissors (and consequently look a bit crap).
I love Kevin’s make-up tips 🙂
ho ho ho!
Pip, yes, Kevin is a top guy. You should at least moisturise Pip. If you lived nearer me, I would love to give you a meakeover. Can you get some face creams for Xmas? I choose it instead of flowers from my husband, if I’m asked. Not as romantic, I know, but caring for my skin is very important to me.
Ellee, Me wearing makeup is almost as funny as me wearing high heels 🙂 🙂 and Geoff would hate it if I was to start wearing makeup, Although I never go out with out my lipstick on lol
Hi Sally, I was teasing, you are lovely as you are. Have you finished that pot of face cream I persuaded you to buy three years ago? 😉
that Pot of face cream still sits on my dressing table, ooohhhh I can hear you yelling at me ! lol 🙂
Sally, no, not yelling, but I would definitely say in a Victor Meldrew tone, “Oh no, I don’t belieeeeeeeeeve it!”
I am a big fan of Boots No 7 products.
